Choosing the right eyeglass frames

The right frame should fit comfortably, complement your features, and work well with your prescription and lifestyle.

Frame Materials

Acetate offers durability, colour, and style. Metal is sleek and adjustable, while titanium is exceptionally lightweight, strong, and ideal for sensitive skin. TR-90 and nylon frames are flexible, durable, and great for active lifestyles.

Fit Comes First

Frames should sit comfortably without slipping, pinching, or pressing on your temples. Your eyes should be well centred in the lenses, especially with progressive lenses, where precise fitting is important.

Shape & Size

Different shapes can complement different facial features, but there are no strict rules. Try a variety of styles to find what feels and looks best on you.

Prescription & Lens Thickness

For stronger prescriptions, smaller frames and high-index lenses can help reduce lens thickness and weight.
